Eye Clear dissolves any debris around the eyes, cleanses stains and brightens the entire eye area.

Instructions
Eye cleansing: Apply a few drops to each eye 3-4 times daily.
Use facial tissue or cotton to remove matter from the eyes.

Eye Stains: Apply a few drops to each eye daily.
Moisten facial tissue or cotton with Eye Clear and gently rub stained area below the eyes.
Repeat daily as needed.
